그렇지만 회사운영에 있어 평탄한 것만은 아니었다. 2003년 미국의 부시 대통령이 전쟁을 일으켰을 당시, 자금난으로 인해 신용보증기금에 의뢰를 해야만 했다. 당시 신청한 업체들이 많아 3개월을 기다려야 했는데 마지막 3개월째 되는 달에는 직원들 월급을 주기도 힘들 정도였다. 그러나 때마침 3개월 만에 심사가 통과되어 위기를 넘길 수 있었고 그 이후로 현재까지 큰 어려움 없이 평탄하게 사업을 운영해오고 있다.

또한 최 대표는 회사를 운영하는데 있어 미연의 사고나 화재위험 등에 대비한 보험에도 가입하는 등 여러 가지 대비책을 마련해 놓기도 했다.
