경제발전과 산업화, 도심의 초고층화가 가속화되면서 건물종합관리의 체계적인 시스템관리의 중요성이 부각되고 있다. 이는 단순히 첨단시설만을 의지하는 것이 아니라, 직장인들의 생활터전 의미에서 친환경적 관리가 필요하다는 설명이다. 이에 대해 1985년 창립이래, 28년 한길만을 걸어온 (주)신한공사 안무정 회장을 만나 이야기를 들어보았다.

Since economic development, industrialization and high rising building system are accelerated, the Total building management is getting more important. This doesn’t mean simply high-technology facilities, and it means for people to need more environmental management a meaning of worker’s living area. By that, we met Ahn Moo-Jeong CEO of Shinhan Inc. who has been taking a single path for 28 years since 1985.

27년 전에는 빌딩관리 경비업이 50여개에 지나지 않았지만 현재는 3000여개가 난립해 있다는 안무정 대표는 "급변하는 경제성장과 시대 요청에 따라 각종 건축물도 첨단기술로 자동화시스템을 갗춘 초고층화가 이루어지고 있어, 이제는 공간확보의 개념이 아니라 쾌적하고 편리한, 그리고 친환경적이면서도 고객의 자산가치를 증대, 업무효율을 향상시키는 생활공간의 개념이 도입되어야 한다"고 밝힌다. 공간적 측면의 관리와 확대는 물론, 사람 중심의 휴머니즘적 종합관리의 중요성이 부각되는 시점인 것이다.
또한 경비용역, 서비스관리 분야에 있어 정부기관의 형편성에 맞는 조치가 필요하다며 “인간이 살아가며 피부에 닿는 환경산업의 경우, 그동안 중소기업의 고유영역으로 최근 대기업이 중소기업의 영역까지 침범하면서 기업의 전문성확보 영역이 줄어들고 있는 추세”라며, 환경산업의 세제혜택지원이나 낮은 입찰단가, 중소기업의 전문영역확보에 정부가 적극적으로 나서주길 촉구했다. 외길을 걸어온 환경인으로서, 건물종합관리의 필요성과 중소기업의 어려움을 토로했다.

Need a protect for small business with professionalism
27 years ago, there were only 50 building security companies, but now it is more 3000 here and there. "As we see the fast development in economic and the reality needs, many buildings have high-tech machines to surveillance and automatic system to manage. So, it is time to think about the idea of increasing asset value with an Eco-friendly, pleasant and convenient work effectiveness." He said. It means we need a different view of thinking of humanism in total not an aspect of the space management.
Also, for security service and service management, itis necessary for the government to work fairly. "As for the environmental issue that people directly feel, it was small companies’ field, but lately, big companies invaded us, so it is hard to hold up the professional area." He expressed his feelings about that total buildingmanagement is essential and the difficulty of small businessman as an environmentalist who has been working on the single goal. Also, he urged the government to make low bidding cost, a tax privilegesupporting and securing the small business’s professionalism etc.

고객감동과 정직, 노령인구 일자리창출에 앞장

앞에 나서기보다 그림자 역할에 더 주안점을 두는 안무정 회장은, 고 박정희 대통령을 가장 존경한다고 밝힌다. 울진출신 48년생으로 로타리클럽 회장을 역임하기도 하였기에, 어려운 시절의 경제재건운동을 주도한 고 박 대통령을 존경하는 것이다. 평소, 왕성한 사회활동에 비해 드러나지 않는 그의 기업철학을 알 수 있는 부분이다.
그래서, 그가 주안점을 두는 부분은 소외계층의 일자리창출과 환경사업. 현재 38개의 협력 업체와 본사 600여명의 종업원을 두고 있으며, 2008년 경기지사를 비롯해 작년 캄보디아지사, 그리고 최근에는 부산지사를 구축 사업영역을 확장하고 있다. 경비용역ㆍ위생업 분야는 다른 직종에 비해 저임금과 열악한 근무환경으로 사회로부터 기피하는 업종. 하지만 G20서울정상회의 시기에 중랑구 일대지역 경비지원을 자원, 소외된 계층을 위한 복지시설 청소, 위생관리 등 지역사회 봉사활동을 통해 인식을 개선시키기도 하였다.
또한 노령화시대에 무엇보다 고령인력의 일자리 창출에도 기여, ‘보건복지부상, 서울시장상, 경찰청장상, 시사투데이 신지식경영 대상’을 수상하는 등 기관, 언론, 단체에서도 국내 공중위생관리ㆍ경비 우수기업으로서의 입지를 인정받기도 했다. 특히 지난 2010년에는 국제문화대학원대학교(총장 오치선)의 개교 6주년을 맞이하여, 명예박사학위를 수상, 환경.위생분야의 전문경영인으로 인정받았다.
사회활동도 왕성한 안무정 회장은, 국제로타리클럽3650지구 아가페로타리클럽 회장을 역임했으며, 무지개 뜨는마을의 명예원장, 장충단성결교회 집사, 한국위생관리협회 이사, 한국경비용역협회 부회장 등의 숨은 일꾼으로 땀 흘리고 있다. 특히 로스앤젤레스 ‘세계 문화 체육연맹’의 협회업무에 헌신적 노력을 기울여 LA지역사회 시민권인에도 기여하는 등 그 공로를 인정받고 있다.
Taking the lead in customer impression, honesty and jobs for the aged
Ahn Moo-Jeong CEO who wants to be a shadow not being a leader respects the late Park Jeong-Hee President. He was born in 1948 and his birthplace is Uljin, Gyeongbuk. He used to be a president of Rotary club, so he knows what he did for Korea’s development in hard time. This let us know he is a hidden worker for other poor people compared to how much he has done. Therefore, his main focus is to make more jobs for the neglected people and the environmental business. Currently, he has 38 cooperative companies and 600 employees in the main office. In 2008, he installed Gyeonggi office and then last year, he made Cambodia office and lately, opened the Busan office to broaden the business.
On security service and public health care industries, people don’tlike to work because of low income and poor work condition. However, he supported the security service for Joonryang-gu area around the time of the G20Summit, so he changed cognition by contributionof cleaning the welfare centre for the neglected and management for the local society. Besides, he received the prize from the Ministry of health and welfare, the mayor of Seoul, Commissioner General and got an award of New Knowledge Management from Sisa Today since he contributed on making jobs for old but potential peoplein the silver time. So, Shinhan has recognized as an excellent company as an example from organizations, the press and even government. Especially, in010, he received an honorarydoctorate from InternationalCulture graduate school University (Principal Oh Chi-Sun) as it celebrated its 6th anniversary and hewas acquired to be an expert businessman on environment and health care areas. He is also active in social activities. He was a president of International Rotary club 3650 area, Agape Rotary club, and honorary director of ‘Village where the rainbow rises’, deacon of Jangchoong Dansung Church, director of Korea Association of Hygiene Promotion, and vice president of Korea security service Association as a hidden worker. Specifically, he strived to work for LA ‘Global culture Sports Federation’ to be earnest, so his exploit to work in the civil right of Korean-American in LA has been appreciated.
