The Minister of Korea's Government Information Agency (GIA) Kim Chang-ho met with Vietnam's Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Hoang Anh Tuan on Nov.12 at Seoul's Central Government Complex.
And they agreed to make a comprehensive network for more lubricated bilateral ties in government administration, culture, and sports.
