식용수소, 자연 면역기능을 높여줌으로써 건강에 도움

유해 활성산소가 우리 몸에 좋지 않다는 것은 널리 알려진 사실이다. 하지만 문제는 이 활성산소는 약이나 인위적인 치료로는 없앨 수 없다는 것이다. 암을 제거하기 위해 수술을 받는 것과 달리 활성산소는 우리가 호흡하는 과정에서 끊임없이 생성되는 것으로, 특히 현대인들에게는 환경오염과 화학물질, 자외선, 혈액순환장애, 스트레스 등으로 인한 활성산소 위험도는 더 높은 편이다. 한국식용수소연구소 양은모 소장은 바로 이러한 부분 때문에 자연스럽게 우리 몸에 나쁜 유해물질을 제거하는 자연 치유력, 즉 면역 세포에 힘을 실어 주어야 한다고 강조한다. 그 역할에 있어 가장 중요한 방법이 ‘식용수소’라는 주장이다.

“질병에는 세균이 있는 것과 없는 것이 있다”

기적의 물로 유명한 프랑스의 ‘루르드샘물’에 다량 함유되어 있는 것이 수소라는 사실이 알려지면서 수소에 대한 관심은 더욱 높아졌다. 양은모 소장이 식용수소를 보급하며 왜 수소에 그토록 매달리고 연구하며 7권에 달하는 책을 출판하게 된 이유도 여기에 있다. 수소는 체내의 활성산소를 만나서 물이 된다. 바로 이러한 수소가 강화된 식용수소는 생체에너지(ATP)이며 활력의 근원이자 인체내의 염색체를 연결하는 역할을 함과 동시에 혈액속으로 들어갈 수 있는 유일한 물질이다. 특히, 산화된 혈액속에 들어가 혈전을 환원시켜주며 면역기능을 상승시키는 기능을 담당한다. 암을 비롯하여 관절염, 아토피 등 피부질환과 각종 난치병에도 놀라운 효과를 나타낼 수 있다는 것이다.

양 소장은 “수소는 굉장히 빠르다. 태양빛과 똑같이 빠르면서도 유리를 통과할 만큼 작은 입자로 구성되어 있다. 또한 산소와 결합, 해로운 나머지 물질 즉 유해활성산소를 줄일 수 있다”는 것이다. 그의 설명에 따르면, 수소는 우주에서 가장 많은 물질로 태양의 99%가 수소로 이루어져 있으며, 그래서 뜨거운 열과 햇빛을 끊임없이 지구로 보내오고, 모든 동식물들의 생명유지 역할을 담당하고 있다. 그 근본이 바로 수소로, 공기중에는 거의 없고, 물에 이러한 수소가 결합되어 있다고 밝혔다. 또한 “수소가 산소와 결합하면서 활성산소를 없애는 것으로, 질병에는 세균이 있는 질병과 없는 질병 두 가지로 나뉜다. 하지만 세균이 있는 질병은 10%밖에 안 되며, 당뇨병이나 아토피, 비염 등은 세균이 없는 질병으로 이것은 약으로 치료가 거의 불가능하다”고 소개했다.

약은 기본적으로 세균을 죽이는 역할을 하지만, 세균이 없는 경우에는 그 대상이 없어 치료가 힘들다는 것으로, 이러한 원인으로 세계 보건기구나 우리나라에서도 활성산소를 그 원인으로 지목하고 있다는 설명이다. 그가 개발한 식용수소의 경우가 바로 의료적인 부분은 아니지만 생활건강적인 측면에서는 도움을 줄 수 있다고 밝혔다. 몸의 대부분을 차지하는 물, 그는 “산소는 태우는 역할로 몸에 열을 내며, 또한 모든 물질을 썩히는 역할을 한다. 수소는 바로 이러한 산소와 결합하여 유해한 활성산소를 물로 만들어 몸 밖으로 내보내며, 또한 운동에너지를 만드는 역할도 담당하고 있다”고 덧붙였다.

15년의 의미, 암을 막을 수 있는 기회의 시간

양은모 소장은 수소에 얽힌 일화도 소개했다. “독일의 아돌프 히틀러는 수소폭탄을 만들기 위해 유태인에게 연구하게 하였고, 당시 핵심 연구원들인 유태인들을 죽이기까지 하였다. 그러나 일부 유태인이 러시아로 가면서 수소액체로켓을 만들게 되었고, 러시아가 최초로 달나라로 가게 되면서 미국도 수소에 대한 관심과 연구를 진행했다”는 것이다. 이렇게 시작된 수소 연구는 핵무기의 경쟁이 되었으며, 미국 플래너건 박사에 의해 최초로 화학 식용수소가 탄생하기도 했다. 하지만 식용수소에 대한 연구는 일본의 생화학자 오이카와 타네아키 박사에 의해 본격화되기 시작하면서 자연에서 채취하는 천연 산호 칼슘인 건강식품 '하이드로젠 칼슘'이 탄생하게 되었다고 소개했다. 바로 이렇게 연구된 기본적 바탕을 도입, 새롭게 실용화하며 오히려 미국에 역으로 수출까지 하고 있다.

양 소장은 “우리 몸의 세포수가 약 60조개라고 한다. 이 중 암이 될 수 있는 세포가 매일 1만개씩 생기며, 몸에서는 면역세포가 이들을 제거하는데, 그래도 우리나라 사망자의 1/3이 암으로 죽고 있다”며, “암 세포 1개가 5년이면 암 세포가 천개로 늘어나고, 다시 5년이 더 지나면 100만개가 된다. 또 5년이면 10억 개가 되고, 이 10억 개의 세포는 대략 1g으로서 이때부터 MRI 등 의료기계로 암 세포를 찾아낼 수 있다”고 밝혔다. 그의 설명에 의하면 암 세포가 아주 미세하게나마 발견되는 순간은 이미 15년 이란 긴 시간이 흐른 뒤라는 것이다. 특히 여기서 5년이 더 지나면 암세포가 1kg으로 자라게 되어 치료가 거의 힘들어진다며 “그 초기발생 15년 동안에 이를 막아야 한다. 하루에 생기는 활성산소는 무수히 많으며, 이를 내 몸의 면역세포가 매일매일 없애는데 수소는 바로 이러한 면역세포를 돕는 역할을 하는 것”이라 설명했다.

선진국에 비해 우리나라의 수소 이해도는 아직 걸음마 단계로 1% 수준이라는 양은모 소장. 그에게 수소는 자신의 병에 도움을 준 존재이기에 이러한 수소를 이용, 국민건강에 도움이 되었으면 좋겠다는 바램을 피력했다. 또한 아직은 국내의 높은 장벽으로 보급에 어려움이 있지만, 건강하게 살 수 있는 비결은 바로 수소를 함유한 물과 수소뿐이라 강조했다.

““Diseases have things with germs and things without them””

‘Lourdes spring water’ famous for the miracle water has lots of hydrogen and since the fact has known, people’s interest about hydrogen would get elevated. This is why director Yang, Eun-Mo has been cling to the study of hydrogen and published 7 books so far. When hydrogen meets active oxygen, it becomes water in body.

It is fast as much as the sun light moves and when it goes through the glass, then it is composed of tiny particles. Also, combination with oxygen, harmful other rests, that is noxious activate free radical can reduce.”” From his theory, hydrogen is the element that is abundant in the universe and the sun is made of 99% of hydrogen and this can give a life to everything on the planet. The fundamental thing is hydrogen and it doesn’t exist in the air but in water only. Also, he introduced, ““When meeting hydrogen with oxygen, the free radical is eliminated. There are diseases have things with germs and things without them. However, disease with germs is only 10% and other diseased without germs cannot be cured by medicine for example, diabetes, atopic disease, and rhinitis. They are not possible to be healed by medicine.””

Basically, medicine is killing germs but when there is no germ, there is no target to kill, so it is hard to cure, so WHO and even Korea are pointing out the activated oxygen is the cause. He said the food hydrogen is not a medicine but it can help people in their healthy life style. Water is dominated in our body. For that, he added, ““For oxygen is making heat by burning and also decaying everything in body as well. Hydrogen can combine with oxygen so that it can make the harmful oxygen into waterto release out of the body, and it is working as a part of making kinetic energy too.””

The meaning of 15 years, time of chance to stop cancer

Director Yang, Eun-Mo of Korea FoodHydrogen Institute talked about an episode about hydrogen. ““Adolf Hitler in Germany made Jewish study for making hydrogen bomb and he killed main scientist working for that. However, some of them moved to Russia and made hydrogen liquid bomb and it made Russia be able to go up to the moon. Later, the America started being interested in hydrogen and studying as well.””

This is how people started hydrogen study but it became a competition of nuclear arms among the countries and Dr. Flanagan invented the first chemical food hydrogen in the world. But, the study of food hydrogen wasbegun by Japanese Dr. Oikawa Taneaki with full-0scale and finally, ‘hydrogen calcium’ could be out, and this natural coral calcium is taken by nature. Like that, he used the basis of that and made it practical and now exports the states. Director Yang said, ““We have about 60 trillion cells in body. Every day, they are producing 10,000 that could be developing to cancer possiblyand the immune cells are killing them, but one third of people who are dead in Korea are dying of cancer. One cancer cell becomes 1,000 in 5 years and in another 5 years, that will be a million and then in another 5 years later, that will be a billion. This number of cells weighs about 1g and then, MRI can find the cancer cell at the end."

Especially, in 5 years later, the weight will be 1kg, and then it would be difficult to cure the cancer. He explained, ““In the first 15 years of the beginning, it has to be stopped. The amount of activated oxygen per day is huge and our immune system is trying to kill them every day. As for hydrogen, it is helping the immune cells to do that.””

Compared to other advanced countries, Korea’s understanding of hydrogen is taking a baby step and 1% of people know about that. To director Yang, hydrogen was helping him when he was fighting with a disease, so he hopes it will help other people too. On the other hand, it is not easy to spread out for the people, but he emphasized that the secret of living long is taking water with hydrogen and hydrogen.
