This is not dream. It already has come to us, step by step untill now.
Recently one Korea based IT corporation, named 'Aha I & C Co.,Ltd' has been well-known because of its particular technology for digital stationery such as LCD table monitor & digital pen, digital podium, and e-blackboard, as well as CEO's management philosophy.
Aside from their main lines like USB tablet, Tablet module for tablet PC and LCD monitors, Aha has stepped up all efforts for e-education system at school, even for better e-government's structure.
So it may be quite natural for them to win the best innovation & technology award from Prime Minister last year.
Besides CEO, Mr.Gi-do Koo's philosophy of business which based on 'Human mind and nature' has benchmarked by people, emerging as a model textbook of management in Korea.
Thus we could meet him to have an interview, and we could ask what's go one, and what the core of his business philosophy has been.
For the revolutionary age of Information and Technology
Q1) We know that your R&D has been beautiful with the surrounding business environment, and new IT's trends. Could you tell us about your company's profile ?
A1) We were established in 1995, and specializing in various sized-Tablet monitors, sometimes with OEM based. But recently we've focused on development of many digital stationery, which used at school and university.
We think our e-stationery system definately will create the revolutionary age in the various fields of our society.
For an instance our 'Paperless Banking System' can be used not only in bank side, but in all of government ministries, and so on.
For a a Kosdaq listed enterprise with R & D power
Q 2) Can you tell us about foreign business, and if possible, including the portfolio in 2009 ?
A 2) We have many buyers from 8 different countries such as Russia, Dubai, and Germany. And regarding our future plan, we have the two.
One is to make more opportunities of participating in foreign exhibition business and events, and the other is to be a Kosdaq listed enterprise as soon as possible.
So we think, at that time, our annual sales volume would be over than 0.5 billion USD.
Meanwhile, we will never forget the importance of R & D's power.
Let's back to the basics and start work with a renewed mind !
Q 3) We heard that your thoughtful consideration for all staff was great.
And everybody says 'it came from your 'human nature-based management philosophy'.... So can you explain about that ?
A 3) It's true that final purpose of business is to make money, with a great contribution toward our society.
But sometimes we used to find our wrong way...which means that we are very easily to forget our original intention.
We are full of ourselves, then we used to ignore each other.
" Let's back to the basics and start work with a renewed mind, like a young bird flies high "
